Heavy Duty Rubber/TPU Granulating
Polyurethane, rubber and caoutchouc bales can be processed on our granulators to produce uniform rubber granules. The natural tackiness often requires a barrier agent which is easily metered into the granulator to prevent the rubber from agglomerating. Our Rotoplex Granulators are legendary in the field when it comes to the size reduction of vulcanized rubber waste and technical rubber materials (tire stripping, etc.) and polyurethane. With the high number of rotor and stator knives and the associated high cutting sequence, these granulators are capable of achieving high throughput rates at the required fine particle sizes (3-4 mm).
